Subscribe now/チャンネル登録お願いします: ****** How to make Poke bowl Servings: 2 Ingredients: 200g wild ahi tuna *another option: wild salmon or shrimp 1 medium size avocado 3Tbsp Tamari (gluten-free soy sauce) or regular Japanese soy sauce 1Tsp fresh wasabi 1Tbsp sesame oil Proper amount of fresh cooked Japanese white rice A handful chopped green onion A handful nori seaweeds A pinch of roasted sesame seeds Directions: 1.Dissolve wasabi in tamari, and then add sesame oil, me oil, mix them well. Set aside. 2. Cut ahi tuna and avocado into a half inch size pieces. 3. Marinate tuna and avocado in the sauce and refrigerate it until you serve. 4. Pour rice in a rice bowl, and place marinated tuna and avocado on top of the rice.
