Hello~ Let's cook the most exotic couscous salad in the world
Today I'll use Burgur wheat
Bulgur wheat is like unpolished rice. so it has a lot of vitamins and fiber. It's very healthy
soak the couscous.
pore 100cc of water and 60g of couscous into a sauspan
add 1/4 of a tea spoon of Cinnamon, Coriander, Cumin,Ginger powder and salt
Heat the mixture
bring the saucepan to a boil. set to a low heat and cook for 10 min.
soak some raisins in hot water chop them up.
cut 2 pieces of lettuce in to finely large pieces.
cut about 3 cherry tomatoes.
remove the seeds from some black olives
chop some mint leaves finely.
pore the mixture from the sauce pan in to the fridge to cool
combine the cooled couscous and the freshly chopped ingredients. to this add 1/2 of a can of tuna and 1 table spoon of capers to the couscous mixture.
lastly , add salt and olive oil to taste.
the most exotic couscous salad in the world is complete.
